Fern M. Brown- Tyler is a native of Illinois and has lived in Chicago
since 1963.  Since 1990, fern has worked in the world of banking.  She started working at Ashland State Bank in 1990. 
The Positions held were Teller and promoted to New Accounts Agent.  In 1997 Ashland State Bank merged with Austin
Bank of Chicago, Currently known as ABC Bank. Positions Held were Personal banker, Outside Sales Representative Products and Service trainer and currently AVP Branch Manager.

Fern has a strong Background in retail banking (operations),
customer service and working in the community. She is a member of the 95th street business association, GADC, and Carolyn & Karen Spiritual Healing House.  Fern’s background and focus on the community collaboration has led her to as number of volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles.
